EBF Series - Ceramic Infrared with One or Two Emitters 400w - 2400w

The EBF series is made with high efficiency and economy.
The EBF infrared systems are assembled in our factory. Here we place the HTS / 1 & 2, SHTS / 1 & 2 and FSR / 1 & 2 ceramic emitters. This is how we design our customers' heating needs depending on which type of emitter we place.
The ceramic infrared emitters are mounted on a stainless steel reflector, which in turn screws to the lowest point of the emerging aluminum base. Left and right the system closes with 2 extra aluminum lids to close the construction.

Mobirise

The stainless steel reflectors are 245x60mm and 122x60mm respectively. These reflectors are made of stainless steel. They already have a standard hole in which the ceramic infrared systems are mounted. Also to the right and left are accompanied by two flanged stainless steel screws that secure it to the aluminum base.

The anodized aluminum base is made of extruder profile aluminum. All EBF constructions are made in this way. This is how we achieve a robust construction that can withstand high-power ceramic infrared emitters without distorting, without making strange noise due to expansion such as the common sheet metal and working perfectly safely at high temperatures. The system has two M8 nuts that allow it to be positioned in any position (horizontal, vertical, diagonal, etc.).

The EBF comes with a diagonal mounting base from 0 to 45 ° and an outer grid for protection against objects that may pass in front of the heater during operation.

They also include a 3x1,5mm white silicon cable approximately 3 meters long.
Internally, a contact thermostat of 80 - 150 ° C ensures the device's constant temperature, while safety is ensured by a thermostat of 200 ° C (without reset).

The devices all have CE according to EN 60 204-1 and EN 60 519-1 and DAC certification.

Ideal for heating rooms, lounges and single rooms up to 45m² depending on
selection of ceramic transmitter. With device dimensions 260mm length x100mm height and
80mm depth for single emitter system and 510mm length x100mm height and 80mm depth
for the 2-emitter system.

Mounted on a wall or ceiling at least 2m10cm with HTS and 4m emitters
with S-HTS emitters and the head is turned with the help of special butterflies to
base so that the heating is directed in the middle of the space at the height of the shoulders of an upright
human.


Transmitter Selection

The HTS and S-HTS transmitters are designed to make 90% of their surface area
charge (temperature) is emitted from the front surface and only 10% backwards. This is because the back has multiple layers of insulation and one layer of vacuum.
This results in the maximum output for the given power and thus the maximum
economy. At the same time, the aluminum body is heated to a maximum of 180 ° C even when the transmitter has its highest charge (above 850 ° C).

HTS transmitter white. With surface charge ranging from 450 ° C to 860 ° C and consumption ranging from 250W to 1000W at 230V.
Heating time 1.5 - 3 minutes.

FSR transmitter. It has a concave design to emit surface heat up to 750 ° C in the form of focused infrared radiation.

Heating time 2.5 - 5 minutes.

Estia Series - Ceramic infrared with one or two transmitters 800w - 1600w

The Estia series is designed with modern design without compromise on performance for home heating, office space, lounges and where design matters.

With 2 emission variants, the HTS variant using the successful high performance HTS emitters used in the past in the EBF / HTS range and the LCR variant with the high aesthetic LCR emitter.

Available in 2 colors, silver and black, they can fit any room.

With dimensions of only 400x170mm, and rated power of 0.8kw, 1.2kw, 1.6kw for the HTS variant and 1.2kw, 1.5kw for the LCR, they can heat up to 35 m2 of single space depending on thermal insulation and layout, with the unparalleled economy in energy consumption offered by ceramic infrared heating technology. 

Their design, and the use of HTSs that develop a surface temperature of 900 ° C and LCRs with a surface temperature of 750 ° C, allow their space heat to be rapidly heated. Comfortable space heating is achieved in 7-10 minutes, depending on the outside temperature. 

The Estia Series has a built-in 2-level safety system: It has an internal thermostat constant setting at 180 ° C and a second 200 ° C non-reset thermostat. In this way, if the room thermostat attempts to set the room temperature above the capacity of the device, then the first thermostat will interrupt the device and reset it as soon as the interior temperature drops below 180 ° C. If the first thermostat is damaged as soon as the temperature of the appliance exceeds 200 ° C, the latter will stop the appliance and can only be restored by a qualified workshop.

Irida Series - Ceramic infrared with one or two 400w - 1000w transmitters

The Irida Series is designed with modern design without compromising on efficiency for heating small spaces in the home or office and where design matters.

With 2 emission variants, the HTS variant using the successful high performance HTS emitters used in the past in the EBF / HTS range and the FSR variant with the high aesthetic FSR emitter.

Available in 2 colors, silver and black, they can fit any room.

With 2 types, the S type operates with the traditional outdoor space thermostat, and the T type operates with a pull-on switch and the room temperature control is controlled with a 6-position switch (0 - 6) which is adjusted by one transparent pendant stick and allows approximate adjustment of room temperature. Apart from being permanently installed on the wall, the type 'T' does not require external electrical wiring, making it easy to transport the device to the future.

Only 400x120mm in size, and rated at 0.4kw, 0.6kw, 0.8kw, 1.0kw for the HTS variant and 0.65kw, 1.0kw for the FSR, they can heat up to 20 m2 of single space depending on the thermal insulation and fitting, with the unparalleled energy-saving energy offered by ceramic infrared heating technology.

The WKS series is designed for small spaces with a design in mind and as much heat dissipation as possible. Includes 2 models with rated power of 400W and 600W.

With a radiant surface of 330mm long by 125mm high and 60mm deep it provides uniform heating in the modern design space.

Ideal for the perfect scattering of radiation throughout the interior. With surface charge starting from 370 ° C to 450 ° C and consuming 400 to 600W at 230V.

It is mounted on a roof or wall with a slight slope through the special base included.
