What procedures are required to change supplier?

The procedures for changing a supplier are very simple. The only requirements are:

  1. Request - Electricity Supply Agreement
  2. Photocopy of the last electricity bill of PPC
  3. Legislation and business documents

What are the main commitments made by ZENITH towards the consumer?

  • ZENITH is obliged to supply the consumer with electricity throughout its validity period. ZENITH undertakes to charge the consumer a price exclusively for the energy it consumes in its installation. ZENITH undertakes that its commercial invoices will be continuously and continuously competitive with respect to PPC's respective charges throughout the term of the agreement with the consumer.

Is there a possible power outage at my installation during the change of supplier process?

There is no such possibility. The customer leaves the current electricity supplier but is not disconnected from the System or Network. The new supplier shall be liable to the System and / or Network Operator responsible for all charges relating to the transmission and distribution of electricity.

What accounts will I receive, what will I benefit from, and how will I control them?

The supplier will send an invoice showing the electricity and system and / or network charges separately, as has been the case up to now with PPC.

The new reduced charges that will apply to you will relate to the lower electricity bills you are consuming.

Will PPC continue to report ERT and City charges?

The supplier is regularly informed of your hourly and / or total consumption by the responsible System or Network Administrator.

All official metered data may be sent to the consumer concerned, following relevant communication and consultation with the consumer.
